Berkly Facilities Services were very professional in their approach when leasing our residential unit. From the initial viewing, until concluding the lease agreement they considered the interest of the landlord as well as that of the occupant; consolidating both into a lease agreement that was satisfactory to all parties involved. I would use them as a leasing agent again.

We rented a 4-bedroom house in Ikoyi through the Berkly Facilities Services in 2015 and enjoyed prompt and top quality support services provided by their amiable staff throughout our stay in the property.

My company has been dealing with Berkly Facilities Services for about two years, and I confirm without any fear of contradiction that we have been enjoying quality service from them.
