Berkly started as a Real estate Agents in Nigeria working primarily with a single but large residential developer.
From these humble beginnings, we quickly established ourselves as a trusted real estate service investor in Nigeria to renowned corporate tenants like Saipem, ENI, Schlumberger and Huawei by fulfilling their property-related requirements and needs to their utmost satisfaction.
In no time, BFSL used this foundation to establish and consolidate the portfolios of other landlords including individual and corporate investors in real estate, leading to the rapid expansion of our client base. Also, we were active in the second-round sale and lease of sizeable plots and Real Estate developments in high-end Lagos areas such as Banana Island, Oniru Estate, and Lekki Phase I. After that, we broadened our service offerings beyond Real estate investors to include residential property management.
